Aleru, Aug.16 (NSS): CPI State secretary and party MLA Koonamneni Sambasiva Rao today hoisted the party flag at Aleru of Yadadri Bhongir district.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion, he said the CPI has a long history of 100 years. He also said there was a history of the party fighting for the weaker sections of the society in the combined Nalgonda district. The Telangana peasants’ armed struggle has a history of distributing lands to the poorest of the poor in the region,” he said.
The Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district secretary Goda Sriramulu, district assistant secretaries Y Damodar Reddy and B Satyanarayana, State Council members K Srinivas, district executive members Bandi Jangamma, Krishna, Imran, Ashok, Sudarshan, president secretaries of people’s organizations Mahesh Mahender Shanti Kumar and district council members participated in the program.
