Hyderabad, Feb.6 (RAHNUMA): Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani, Vice-Chancellor, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University performed the Bhoomi Pooja ceremony for the construction of the Digital Resource Center (DRC) and Central Instrumentation Lab Building in the university campus. Prof.Chakrapani revealed that the DRC building will be constructed with approximately Rs. 12.9 crore under PM Usha funds.
The Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, laid the foundation stone for several development projects on the university campus on January 26, 2025. This building construction was also included in those projects. He further stated that the obtaining administrative approvals, fund release and finalizing the building construction plan. The buildings construction will be done within the year.
