Khammam, July 2 (NSS): A shocking suicide of a farmer took place at Podduturu in Chintakani mandal of Khammam district. Bhojadla Prabhakar, a TDP worker and a farmer, committed suicide by consuming pesticide in a fit of rage as he was pained at the encroachment of his land. He released a video and shared with the CM and Deputy CM of the State.
Stating that he joined the Congress party from TDP by thinking that he would get justice in the Congress party’s rule, he urged the CM and the deputy CM to do justice to him and his family members. Prabhakar, who tried to meet the Collector after complaining to the local MRO, local SI and other officials that his farm had been encroached upon by the followers of Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, consumed pesticide as he was not allowed to meet the district Collector. He later died. Prabhakar also posted a video on social media before committing suicide. (NSS)
