FARMERS THREATENED TO GIVE AWAY THEIR LANDS: EATALA RAJENDAR

Hyderabad, Nov.14 (NSS):BJP MP Eatala Rajendar today said the farmers of Lagacharla village were being threatened to give away their lands and added that the people of the village had been worried that their lands would be taken away forcefully by the State government.

He alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was acting with ego in the issue and added that he had carried out attacks on the people of Lagacharla. He said the police stopped Mahbubnagar MP DK Aruna from going to meet the villagers but the brother of Revant Reddy was sent with a convoy of 50 vehicles by the same police.

He claimed that the Vikarabad district Collector Prateek Jain welcomed the brother of the CM in the village, but did not extend any courtesy to their party MP DK Aruna. He alleged that 14,000 acres of land was forcibly acquired in Muchcharla from the farmers by the State government and added that those lands were converted into real estate business under the name of the establishment of the Fourth City.
