Hyderabad, Oct.22 (NSS): The construction of the SRDP Shilpa Layout Phase-II flyover at Gachibowli Junction, undertaken by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, is set to impact traffic in the area. The essential work is scheduled to take place from October 22 to 28 during night time from 11pm to 6am. During this period, the Gachibowli flyover will be closed to all traffic, which may cause significant disruptions for commuters and local residents.
Traffic diversion points
Therefore, traffic coming from Bio-Diversity towards IIIT Junction will need to bypass the Gachibowli flyover and travel beside it via Bichareddy Sweets (Telecom Nagar) to Gachibowli Junction, then to IIIT Junction from 23 hrs to 6 am. Similarly, from IIIT Junction to Bio-Diversity Junction, Traffic coming from IIIT Junction towards Bio-Diversity will need to Bypass the Gachibowli flyover and travel beside it via Gachibowli Junction to Bio-Diversity Junction from 23 hrs to 6 am. Hence, the general public are requested to plan accordingly and co-operate with Traffic Police in ensuring free flow of traffic.
