Governor extends Ugadi greetings to Telugu people

Hyderabad, March 18 (RAHNUMA): On the auspicious occasion of Parabhava Nama Ugadi, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla has extended heartfelt best wishes to each and every Telugu speaking brothers and sisters across the world.

In a statement here on Wednesday, the Governor wished that the Telugu new year usher in blessings and prosperity for the loved ones of people.

“Ugadi is a festival of joy and hope and the new year shall bring with it new cheer and a bright future. Let us embrace spirit of Ugadi, symbolsed by the diverse tastes of the traditional Ugadi Pachchadi, to face life’s challenges with optimism,” he said.

The Governor said the ‘Sri Parabhava Nama Samvatsaram’ should usher in peace, prosperity, harmony, health and happiness for all people and sections of society.
