Govt respects every religion in Telangana: CM Revanth

Hyderabad, July 7 (NSS): Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said the Congress government belongs to everyone and it respects every religion in Telangana.

In collaboration with the ISKCON organisation, Sri Jagannath Rath Yatra was organised at NTR stadium here on Sunday. The Chief Minister inaugurated the Rath Yatra and offered prayers to the presiding deity.

 Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the freedom was being  given to all sections of the people to practice their respective faith and the State government was protecting religious harmony in Telangana.

  “The State government is striving hard to spread the message that human service is ultimate service. It is working on the motto ‘Manav seva is madhava seva’,” Revanth Reddy said.

 The Chief Minister also appreciated the ISKCON organisation for organising the Rath Yatra and wanted the God to make the State peaceful and prosperous.(NSS)
