Hyderabad, March 15 (RAHNUMA): The State Government has given a good news to farmers across Telangana. As part of its election promises, the government has finalized the date for the release of funds under the prestigious ‘Rythu Bharosa’ scheme. It has decided to release the funds on the 22nd of this month. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is set to launch the initiative. Through the release of this first tranche of funds, cash will be directly deposited into the bank accounts of lakhs of farmers across the state. This comes as a major relief to the farmers, who have been eagerly awaiting these funds for some time now.
Narmetta in the Siddipet district has been chosen as the venue for the launch ceremony of this scheme. During this visit, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will officially release the first installment of the funds. The Officials have already completed all necessary arrangements for this event. As part of the first installment, the cash will be deposited into the accounts of 70 lakh farmers, who own agricultural land. It is well known that the Congress government had announced that it would implement the Rythu Bharosa scheme replacing the previous government’s ‘Rythu Bandhu’ scheme—by providing enhanced investment support. The release of these funds will provide the farmers with the financial security needed to cover their cultivation expenses.
