Hyderabad, Aug.6 (NSS): Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma paid rich floral tributes to Prof. Kothapalli Jayashankar on the occasion of his birth anniversary, today at Raj Bhavan here and praised the role played him in achieving the statehood to Telangana.
