Hyderabad, July 15 (NSS): Former minister and BRS party MLA T. Harish Rao today slammed the attitude of the State government in the issue of the violation of protocol rights of the BRS party MLAs. “A three-time minister and five-time woman MLA has no respect in Indiramma’s kingdom? Leaders won by the votes of the people have no value in Telangana? How can the State administration ignore Maheshwaram MLA from the BRS party Sabitha Indra Reddy and give importance to the contested MLA of the Congress candidate, Kitchennagari Lakshmareddy, who secured third position in the last assembly elections,” he asked on his twitter handle.
No matter how many times complaints are made about not following the protocol in government programs and meetings for the public representatives, they are not heeded and minimum measures are not being taken to protect the protocol rights of the MLAs, he added. “I strongly condemn the behavior of the government. The Assembly Speaker should immediately respond to the insult being done to the representatives of the people regarding the protocol issue. Appropriate measures should be taken to address the issue,” he said on his twitter handle.
