
Hyderabad, July 16 (NSS): In a significant step towards empowering underprivileged youth, ICICI Foundation has sponsored a state-of-the-art Office Administration lab at the Andhra Mahila Sabha Arts & Science College for Women (Autonomous), located at the Osmania University Campus. The inauguration ceremony took place today, coinciding with World Youth Skills Day, a day that highlights the vital role young people play in peace building and development.
The newly established Office Administration lab has been officially inaugurated by N. Usha Reddy, President of DDMS and M. Asif Iqbal, Zonal Head of ICICI Foundation. The event was organized at 2pm at Vivekananda Bhavan within the college premises.
The Office Administration lab will offer final year girl students access to modern technology and resources, enhancing their skilling experience and enhance their employability skills. This effort aligns with ICICI Foundation’s broader goal of fostering sustainable development and economic growth through skill development initiatives.
The inauguration event drew attention to the crucial need for vocational skills and the impact such facilities can have on youth development. As the world celebrates World Youth Skills Day, the new office administration lab started its operation on July 16 at Andhra Mahila Sabha Arts & Science College for Women.
