Hyderabad, Dec.29 (RAHNUMA): Former Chief Minister and Opposition leader K. Chandrashekar Rao attended the winter session of the Telangana Assembly on Monday but left shortly after it commenced, departing within just five minutes.
KCR exited the Assembly right after the condolence resolutions were finished. Earlier that day, he arrived at the Assembly from his home in Nandini Nagar, where he was greeted by BRS MLAs who welcomed and escorted him into the Assembly hall.
The session of the Telangana Assembly began soon after KCR’s arrival, and he took his seat even before the other members had arrived.
When Chief Minister Revanth Reddy entered the Assembly hall, he approached KCR to shake hands. Following him, other Ministers and MLAs also greeted KCR with handshakes.
However, KCR spent only a brief time in the Assembly after the session started. After signing the attendance register, he left before the Zero Hour began and returned to his residence in Nandini Nagar.
