New Delhi, Nov.27 (NSS): BJP State president and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy today asked the Congress State government to explain to the people what it had done during its one-year long rule. CM Revanth Reddy said he would have sworn-in as chief minister on December 7 last year.
He promised to waive farm loans on Sonia Gandhi’s birthday. However, none of the guarantees given by the CM have been implemented. What did Revanth Reddy achieve in the last one year were threats, abuse and personal attacks? The Congress has failed to achieve anything except filing illegal cases,” he alleged. He made it clear that his DNA belongs to BJP unlike other leaders, who shifted to different political parties in their political career. He said the BJP would campaign from December 1 to 5 on the failures of the Congress government.
He said Telangana BJP MPs and MLAs met the Prime Minister today. The Prime Minister enquired about how the Central government schemes are being implemented in Telangana? The MPs and MLAs have been directed to work towards the comprehensive implementation of the Central schemes. After the meeting with the Prime Minister on the implementation of Central government schemes, we had a special meeting. There are many kinds of promises and guarantees before the elections. Sub-guarantees have been given,” he said. Reddy alleged that the CM was attacking them in the same manner as the former CM KCR.
He advised the CM to put his focus on governance to improve the situation in the State instead of focusing on scolding the Opposition parties and leaders. Stating that a gurukul student from Komarambheem district one Shailaja died of food poisoning, he alleged that the CM did not even pay attention to the incident.
