Hyderabad, Nov.26 (NSS):BRS party working president KT Rama Rao on Tuesday mocked that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s Monday’s press meet was full of frustration. He also mocked that the CM scolded him as he liked as he felt that he would have to back down after receiving scolding from his party leader Rahul Gandhi.
Speaking at the Telangana Bhavan on the occasion, he said Revanth Reddy got the chief minister’s post as he wanted it and wondered as to why the CM was still targeting them despite getting the opportunity to loot the State? KTR criticized that CM Revanth Reddy spoke irresponsibly during his press meet. He alleged that the CM was spreading a false propaganda as part of an attempt to mislead the people by underestimating them.
“People won’t believe what Revanth says. It is clear that no one in the media believes in it. Revanth claimed that we had given the projects awarded by the defence ministry to industrialist Gautam Adani’s Company. Was the defence ministry in our hands? “What was Defence Minister Rajnath Singh doing when the contract was given to Adani’s company,” he asked. The power project has also been given by the Centre to Adani. What do you think if the CM talks so stupidly,” he asked.
KTR suggested that friends of the media should also question the lies of Revanth Reddy as Chief Minister. Stating that the dry port is also a matter of the Centre and the State, he said the Centre will have to give permission for the dry port and made it clear that they did not give permission of the dry port to Adani.
