KTR slams CM on frequent Delhi visits

Hyderabad, Oct.17 (NSS): BRS party working president KTR today came down heavily on CM Revanth Reddy, who is on a visit to Delhi. Stating that the State does not have any money for implementing welfare programs, he criticised that the CM had gone for Delhi for the 25th time in his ten months rule.

KTR made these remarks on his twitter handle. He mocked that the CM had achieved a silver jubilee by circling around the party leaders in Delhi. He claimed that there is nothing new to achieve for the CM in Delhi. He was visiting it without any purpose. He alleged that the CM was visiting Delhi by forgetting the problems being faced by the farmers and residential school students of the State.

He also alleged that in the name of Musi river beautification project and HYDRA, the State government hit at the stomachs of the poor people. He claimed that there were no pensions for the old age people and one tola gold for the newly weds as promised by the State government.

Responding to the sand mafia in the State, KTR complained that the sand smugglers were behaving arbitrarily in Indiramma’s kingdom. “Under the Congress rule, sand mafia has become a formidable hand. The sand mining is going on in any corner of the State. From State  ministers to mandal-level leaders, the  sand is being squeezed and money was being siphoned off,” he alleged, adding that the sand mafia was bribing the officials concerned to continue their illegal sand business. “The money that is supposed to reach the treasury is being filled in the pockets of the Congressmen,” KTR alleged.
