Rangareddy, Oct.5 (NSS): BRS party working president KT Rama Rao today demanded that CM Revanth Reddy implement Rythu Bharosa scheme and give Rs 15,000 per acre to all the farmers of Telangana and implement crop loan waiver scheme as promised by his party.
He reminded the CM that he had promised to waive off the loan on December 9 of the last year and alleged that the CM failed to fulfil his promise even after 10 months. He said promises like Rs 500 in the name of farmer’s bonus, Rs 15,000 under Rythu Bharosa scheme were not fulfilled by the CM. He alleged that the Chief Minister had cheated all sections and caused a lot of pain to the elderly and the women of the State. He said the Bathukamma saris were not given to the women this year ahead of the Batukamma festival.
KTR said the people did not vote for the Congress party for the demolition of the houses. Targeting Minister Konda Surekha, he made it clear that he would not spare the minister, who had spoken against him. “I will file a criminal case as well as a defamation suit against the minister. I will also file a defamation case against Revanth Reddy. In the past, they have been in the Opposition and we have left whatever they said. I don’t want to give up now,” KTR warned.
Referring to the allegations of illegal farm houses owned by him and other BRS party leaders, he asked the CM to show those farm houses to him and added that he himself would demolish all those farm houses.
