KTR SLAMS CONG, PROMISES BRS COMEBACK IN 2028Hyderabad, Dec.20 (RAHNUMA): Former minister and BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao on Saturday unleashed a scathing attack on the Congress government, accusing it of corruption, governance failure, and industrial decline. He alleged that the Telangana Congress has become an ‘ATM’ for Delhi power centres and questioned why no action was taken against alleged wrongdoing by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
Mocking defected MLAs, KTR challenged them to resign and face by-elections, calling out their opportunism. He also criticised Congress for policy confusion, environmental violations, and amendments to rural employment schemes, accusing both BJP and Congress of prioritising names over people’s welfare.
KTR announced that BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao would soon lead a people-centric movement, with a massive membership drive planned. He also warned of administrative chaos in Hyderabad due to unscientific municipal restructuring.
“People have already delivered their verdict. BRS will return to power in 2028”, KTR asserted confidently.
