Lagacharla Pharma company victims intensified their legal battle

Hyderabad, Nov.17 (NSS): Lagacharla village Pharma company victims have intensified their legal battle. The victims, who have already complained to the State SC and ST Commission about the anarchy of the State government are now getting ready to file a complaint to the National SC and ST Commission.

They left for Delhi to lodge their complaint. They went to Delhi on Sunday morning along with former BRS party minister Satyavati Rathore. On Monday, they will meet the chairman of the National SC and ST Commission and the National Human Rights Commission and lodge their complaint against the State government and the police.

On Saturday, the victims of Lagacharla explained before the State SC and ST Commission that they were shocked  by the anarchy of the officials of the State government and the ruling party leaders in the Kodangal assembly constituency and the way the police and some ‘private army’ who came to their village, misbehaved with them. In front of the media, the victims tearfully described the atrocities of those who were lying on their sides and were thrown into the vans after breaking their shoulders and beating them.
