
Hyderabad, Sept.15 (NSS): “We miss out on ethics because we want to make a lot of money quickly,” said Dr Gyanvatsal Swami , a motivational speaker, social reformer from Akshardham and an eminent saint of the BAPS (Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Sanstha). Swaminarayan Sanstha graced FTCCI at its office at Red Hills on Saturday night to speak about ethics in profession and spirituality in management.
Talking about ethics in the profession, Gyanvatsal Swami emphasized the need for people to understand the following three principles: Understanding the true nature of money, understanding life well and understanding how unethical practices lead to a disastrous life. About unethical practices in the profession, Swamiji said it has the power to tarnish talent, willpower, and confidence. Marry twice advised Dr Gyanvatsal Swami, once with ethics and once with your spouse. And you will stay happy in your life, he added.
He stressed the need for ethical practices in any profession citing many examples of how unethical practices lead to personal success.
