MCR HRD Institute roles out Capacity Development Course on Foreign Trade

Hyderabad, Aug.12 (NSS): Dr MCR HRD Institute rolled out a “Capacity Development Course on Foreign Trade and Investment for Commercial Diplomats from Egypt”. The Course, which commenced on August 12, has been sponsored by the Ministry of External Affairs, under Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Program.

Dr Shashank Goel, IAS, DG of the Institute & Special Chief Secretary to Government of Telangana, who was the Chief Guest at the Inaugural Function, said International Trade enables the countries, across the globe, to access larger markets beyond their domestic borders, increase demand for their goods and services to attain higher level of production, and consequently, higher economic growth and prosperity for their people.

On the occasion, Dr Shashank Goel, IAS released the Course Manual of the Capacity Development Course. Dr Madhavi Ravulapati, Course Director & Head CLP & CIS stated that Dr MCR HRD Institute has been empanelled by the Ministry of External Affairs, and as a part of it, the Institute has organised training programs for South Africa, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka, in the recent past. “A number of training programs for global audience are also in the pipeline”, she added.

Director of DRS IS Anjani Kumar Agarwal said DRS International School Alumni should grow as multi-faceted scholars in the society and thus contribute their best to the development of the country. Hyderabad, Gudlapochampally, DRS International School, Hyderabad held a grand reunion of former students on Monday. On this occasion, former students of DRS IS reminisced about their old memories in the school. The students met each other and inquired about the conditions and well-being of their families. The memories of the past were recalled during the days of education in this school. On this occasion, many former students expressed their sentiments that the days of studying school level education were very precious days and they will take selfies photos with the teachers and remember them in their lives.
