Hyderabad, Oct.25 (NSS): Minister for Health Damodar Raja Narasimha released a poster of MediStar hospital at his camp office here on Friday.
To mark the occasion of its third anniversary, the MediStar announces a new initiative where white ration card holders will be charged only Rs. 10 for OP (Out patient) services.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Raja Narasimha highlighted the government’s commitment to providing quality medical services free of cost in government hospitals, ensuring that medical expenses do not become a burden for common citizens.
He encouraged private and charitable hospitals to join hands in offering affordable healthcare by charging nominal fees, making quality medical services accessible to the public.
The Minister praised MediStar’s management for their initiative to offer OP services to white ration card holders at a nominal Rs. 10 fee, recognising this as a gesture of genuine community service.
The event was attended by MediStar Hospital’s Managing Director Dr. Venkateshwarlu, along with Dr. Kiran, Dr. Shiva Mohan Reddy, and Dr. Latha.
On the occasion, Raja Narasimha extended his appreciation to MediStar’s management for their dedication to social welfare through healthcare.
