
Hyderabad, July 21 (NSS): The Hyderabad Meteorological Centre (IMD) predicted that the State was likely to receive heavy rains for the next three days. An orange alert has been issued for Hyderabad, Vikarabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy, Sangareddy, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Hanamkonda, Jagtial, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Khammam, Komarambheem Asifabad, Mahabubabad, Mancherial, Mulugu and Warangal districts.
On the other hand, the authorities have been put on high alert in the wake of the forecast of heavy rain by the State government. Precautions are being taken to avoid any untoward incident. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy enquired about the overflowing of Pedavagu in Bhadradri district. He instructed Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao to collect the details of the farmers who lost their crops.
