Hyderabad, July 14 (NSS): Huzurabad MLA from the BRS party Padi Kaushik Reddy today came down heavily against Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender. He said Danam had forgotten his status while speaking.
Speaking to media persons in Telangana Bhavan here on Sunday, the BRS leader said Danam had won as an MLA with the blessings of BRS party chief KCR and added that he sold himself to the Congress party and was talking about morals.
“Danam Nagender has forgotten his status. It is better to speak according to his level. Does he remember the words he said when he joined the BRS party on June 22, 2018? Saying that the Congress was doing injustice, he joined the BRS party and won twice as an MLA at the mercy of KCR. How did a person selling beedis earn thousands of crores of rupees,” he asked.
He alleged that Danam had encroached upon properties around his house in Hyderabad. “We’ll take them all out. How many people have been harassed by him? They’re all coming to us. Are you talking about the ethics that have been sold out? All the leaders, who have switched parties should resign and win again,” said Kaushik Reddy.
The BRS MLA said KCR would become chief minister again whenever assembly elections were held in the State. “There is no harm to those who leave the party and the BRS party has a strong leadership in Telangana,” he said while assuring the party leaders and activists not to be disheartened. He demanded that CM Revanth Reddy implement the promises made in the assembly elections. “What will be the loss to the government if the DSC is postponed?” he asked while commenting on the issue of DSC exams.
