Hyderabad, June 29 (NSS): The mortal remains of Congress senior leader D Srinivas,who passed away in the early hours of Saturday, was shifted to his town of Nizamabad.
The police paid respects to the mortal remains of D Srinivas at his residence in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Later, the body was shifted to Nizamabad.
The mortal remains of DS will be kept in Nizamabad for his supporters, Congress party activists and general public to visit. The funeral will be held on Sunday.
The State government already ordered to conduct the funeral of DS with State honours. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Ministers and others will participate in the last rites of D Srinivas in Nizamabad. (NSS)
