Hyderabad, July 31 (NSS): Ravi Prabhu a Telugu man just accomplished the task of visiting every country in the World. He is certified as one of the less than 300 people who achieved this gargantuan feat.
Ravi spent nine days in Venezuela marking it his last country, and his travel accomplishments have been verified by the most astute travellers of Nomad Mania. Nomad Mania has ranked Ravi to be the #1 traveller hailing from India. He also happened to be the most travelled Telugu guy in the World. Ravi Prabhu also documents his travels through social media and has a popular YouTube channel named, “Ravi Telugu Traveller”. He is the first Telugu man to have travelled every country. He is the most travelled Indian man, the first Telugu man, and probably one of few Indians to have this rare distinction.
Interacting with the media today at FTCCI Red Hills, he said so far 600 plus people from all over the world have gone into space, 6600 people scaled Mount Everest and only 280 out of 850 crore people of the world visited every country. Ravi Prabhu is one of those 280 people in the world who has achieved this rare distinction. Ravi reached this distinction after 27 years of hard work. He had invested well over Rs 25 crore on these journeys.
Ravi hails from Vishakhapatnam and studied Master in Political Science in Hyderabad Central University during 1994-1996). He is on a visit to Hyderabad on the way to Bhutan, his first country from where he started his journey and would like to end there and would like to interact with some select media. He has been travelling for the past 20 years and now resides in the USA. He travelled a little over 30 lakh air miles (the distance equal to travelling eight times to the Moon) in over 1000 airlines. He invested a lot of his hard-earned money on those trips.
