Hyderabad, Oct.10 (NSS): A court in Nampally has issued a notice to State Endowments Minister Konda Surekha in connection with the defamation case filed by Tollywood actor Nagarjuna. The court posted the matter for hearing on October 23.
During hearing of the petition filed by Nagarjuna, the court recorded the statement of the second witness on Thursday. The court has already recorded the statements of Nagarjuna and the first witness Supriya in the case. It is to be noted that Nagarjuna filed the defamation petition alleging that minister Konda Surekha had made baseless comments that hurt the dignity and prestige of his family. He urged the court to take action against her as per the law.
