Narayana accuses PM Modi of bringing bad culture in Hyderabad politics

Hyderabad, Nov.12 (NSS)CPI national secretary Narayana today criticized PM Narendra Modi for bringing in a bad culture in Hyderabad politics. “He has taken the Assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand as a prestige issue. If we win in those two States, Modi wants to go ahead with his plan for holding simultaneous elections in the country,” he said while noting that those elections are against the federal system.

Speaking to media persons at Maqdoom  Bhavan in the city, the CPI leader said they were contesting in  one assembly seat in Maharashtra State as part of the alliance and added that they were contesting alone in Jharkhand State. Targeting former AP CM, Narayana said YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had been out on bail for the last 12 years and mocked that Jagan was also not going to the courts for his cases. He alleged that Jagan was out on bail with the help of Modi and Amit Shah.

Responding to the caste census in Telangana, Narayana said, “Through this, the politically and economically backward can be encouraged. But does it require 75 questions,” he asked. If the app is created, their form will be completed by them. Why the government need personal assets, liabilities and bank transactions details,” he asked. He suggested that the caste enumeration should be made easier rather than controversial. Referring to the farmers’ attack on district Collector and officials incident in Vikarabad district, he said the officials were attacked by the villagers as the farmers feared that their lands would be lost.
