Hyderabad, Oct.25 (NSS): With over 75 builders, developers, and financial institutions, the NAREDCO Telangana 14th Property Show kick-started today at the Hitex Exhibition Centre. The NAREDCO Telangana Property Show which offers varied properties that suits the budget/ location of every category of customers was inaugurated by Minister of Irrigation & Food & Civil Supplies N Uttam Kumar Reddy in the presence of Vijaya Sai Meka, President of NAREDCO Telangana; K Sreedhar Reddy, Secretary General, NAREDCO Telangana; Dr LN Y Kiron, Exe. Vice President, NAREDCO Telangana; R. Venkateshwara Rao, Treasurer; Kali Prasad Damera, Executive Vice President; G Hari Babu, President of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) and NAREDCO Telangana members and other guests.
The NAREDCO Telangana 14th Property Show opened for visitors on all three days October 25, 26 & 27 at Hitex Exhibition Center. The Telangana Government’s new reforms and policies aimed at boosting key sectors like IT, ITeS, Pharma, Aviation, and Automobiles are transforming Hyderabad into a major hub for global multinational companies. This rapid growth in tech employment is fueling strong housing demand, outpacing previous quarters. Moreover, the real estate boom is no longer limited to Hyderabad alone—it is expanding to Tier II and III cities across the state, where rapid urbanization is driving increased interest in flats and plots from buyers in these districts.
