Hyderabad, Nov.17 (NSS): Former AP minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy has lashed out at the ND alliance MLAs and ministers for spreading false propaganda in the state. Assembly. Speaking at a press conference on Sunday, he said that was false allegations were being made against the previous YSRCP government. He questioned Chandrababu as to how the scam would happen if the beneficiaries were benefitted by the DBT.
“Earlier, they were talking about the state’s debts and now they are saying another thing. Chandrababu is trying to make his lie come true. There are debts of Rs.9.56 lakh crore. Chandrababu is talking about how many more are there if they dig up. What is there to dig? Every corporation is in your hands and an audit will be done,” said Buggana Rajendranath.
He also said that In 2014-15, Chandrababu borrowed money at high interest rates in the open market and added that the same Naidu was spreading lies against the YSRCP government that it had taken loans at high interest rates. “Doesn’t the former and current finance minister understand the calculations,” he said.
Stating that In 2014-19, true-up charges increased from Rs 6,625 crore to Rs 28,717 crore, he said that Under their government’s rule , they put a burden of ₹.2,300 crore on consumers. Reddy aid that In just five months alone, Naidu led state government had imposed ₹. 5,770 crore on consumers and added that it was still trying to put the burden of Rs 12,000 crore of True-up charges on the people of the state.
