Hyderabad, July 12 (NSS): BJP MP Raghunandan Rao today criticised the Congress government for not changing anything in Telangana after coming into power. He said that a political resolution had been passed to fight against the failure to implement the promises made during the election campaign by the congress party. “The farmers were promised Rs 15,000. It has not been there so far. In group -1 posts, only 60 additional posts have been given. It is shameful to criticise the opposition parties for not working if they wanted the government to give 30 days time for the unemployed for one exam. They said one word when they were in the opposition. After coming to power, they are saying another thing. We support the agitation of the candidates who want the DSC to be postponed by a month,” he said.
Stating that CM Revanth Reddy has been receiving a monthly salary of Rs 4 lakh for the last seven months, He criticized that ₹. 4,000 unemployment allowance was not being given by him to the unemployed youth.
Raghunandan Rao questioned as to why the state government was counting time for the arrest of former CM KCR in the phone tapping case. “The Officials are being arrested. But why the then ministers who had done the phone tapping scam were not being arrested. What is dharani’s situation? Lakhs of acres of land in the name of Dharani were eaten by the elders of the previous government. This government is doing the same,” he alleged. He mocked that CM Revanth Reddy was going to Delhi for a week to find out as to who would be the next PCC president and who would get the ministerial berths? Stating that the term of the village panchayats has expired, He demanded that elections be held immediately.
Rao said that the caste census should be completed at the earliest. He demanded that the double bedroom houses be given to the poor immediately. (NSS)
