Hyderabad, Nov.7 (NSS): CPI national executive member Chada Venkat Reddy today said the October Revolution was the backbone of the national liberation movements. The October Revolution Day was celebrated at the CPI State office on Thursday. CPI State assistant secretary N. Balamallesh and others participated in the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Chada Venkat Reddy said the Soviet Revolution had created ripples in the hearts of investors and landlords all over the world. “The October Revolution is an event that changed the stage and direction of global developments and changed the history of humanity.
CPI State assistant secretary N Bala Mallesh said the October Revolution was a beacon of hope for the hardworking people and added that the solution to the world working-class struggles for an eight-hour working day after 1886 was found in the Soviet Union. “The eight-hour working day was legally enforced when it came to power after the October Revolution. A number of social security issues have come into effect,” he said.
CPI State committee members K.V.L. Praja Natya Mandali State secretary Palle Narasimha, Rasam State president Rapolu Sudarshan, CPI leaders Chandramohan Goud and others were present.
