
Hyderabad, Jan.10 (RAHNUMA): The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), India’s premier body for communication professionals, has revamped its Governing Council and National Executive.
The event was attended by several senior industry professionals and mass communication students in Bengalore.
At the ceremony, K. Ravindran, a post graduate from Osmania University & former general manager (Corporate Communications) NTPC Ltd, was inducted to the governing council of PRCI as director which is the highest body overseeing the activities of the National Executive.
M. B. Jayaram, Chairman Emeritus & Chief Mentor, PRCI administered the oath of office to Dr. T. Vinaykumar as Chairman of the Governing Council. Geetha Shankar, National President , PRCI presided over the function.
The newly inducted members of the governing council are Chinmaye Praveen, Head – Strategic Planning, GeWinn Wachstum and Dr. T. S. Latha, Chief Public Relations Officer, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, Bengaluru.
Pashupathi Sharma from Mangaluru takes over as Secretary General, while U. S. Kutty (Kochi Chapter) has been elevated as Senior Vice President of the National Executive.
PRCI has grown into India’s largest forum for communication professionals across the country, committed to advancing excellence in public relations and strategic communication.
