Vijayawada, Nov.5 (NSS): AP DGP Dwaraka Tirumala Rao reacted to Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan’s comments against Home Minister Anita and the Police department. The DGP made key remarks on the occasion. He said their policy is to apprehend the criminals and hand them over to the law. The DGP has made it clear that they will abide by the Constitution. He said they will not perform their duties with political pressure.
Dwaraka Tirumala Rao said he will not comment separately on Pawan Kalyan’s comments. He said the investigation against IG Sanjay is going on and he will speak only after getting the investigation report. The DGP clarified that any case will be investigated based on actual circumstances.
He said when the TDP party office was attacked, it was called freedom of expression and that issue was weakened in the past. He revealed that 10 IPS officers have been posted among those signing in the DGP office. He said they will investigate and take action against the rest.
