Hyderabad, April 12 (INN): The parents who allegedly killed their daughters last month have died by suicide by hanging themselves. The incident came to light on Friday.
The deceased persons, P Anil (26) and Devi (22) of Ankannagudem in Garla Mandal of Mahabubabad district, were found hanging in the forest near the village. Local residents informed the police, leading to their discovery.
The couple was accused of murdering their daughters Lohita (2) and Jasvita (1) on March 10 by mixing poison in milk. They had been evading authorities since then, prompting a search by the police.
The bodies of the couple were found in the forest near Ankanna Gudem on Friday morning. Further investigations are on. (INN)
