Amaravati, Aug.6 (NSS): State Education, IT, Electronics and RTG Minister Nara Lokesh led Praja Darbar program continue to receive overwhelming response from people. On the 21st day, it received huge number of applications forms.
The victims had approached the minister and requested him to provide them permanent accommodation without any proof, old age, widow, disabled pension and sanctioned removed despite being eligible in the previous government. They also urged him to provide medical assistance. Nara Lokesh has assured that their problems would be resolved quickly.
Members of Srinivasa Colony Welfare Society at Atmakur in Mangalagiri constituency met Nara Lokesh. They pointed out to the minister that the plots were purchased in the layout approved by UDA 25 years ago and added that they were facing difficulties due to lack of roads, drainage and drinking water facility in their layout. They appealed to the minister to provide basic amenities in the colony.
- Navya Bharathi, a native of Tadepalli in Mangalagiri constituency, met Nara Lokesh and requested him to sanction pension to her father, who was suffering from cancer.
Mandru Kumari of Chukkapallivaripalem in Duggirala mandal met the minister and requested him to grant her widow pension after the death of her husband. B Jayalakshmi of Undavalli in Mangalagiri constituency also met Nara Lokesh and requested him to sanction TIDCO house and help her as they do not own a house.
Lokesh met with Tummalapalli Lakshmana Lokesh of V.Thimmapuram in Mantralayam mandal of Kurnool district. He told Lokesh that his daughter had completed Class 4 in the village itself and demanded that a class 5 seat be provided in the gurukul school as the financial situation was not conducive for higher studies.
