Revanth affirms commitment to state development, public welfare

Hyderabad, April 2 (RAHNUMA): Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has affirmed that the State government is diligently and unrelentingly dedicated to advancing the state’s development and promoting the welfare of all citizens, while addressing financial obstacles and correcting the shortcomings of the previous administration.

In a statement here on the occasion of the “Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika” (People’s Administration – Progress Plan) 99-day action agenda, which commences across Telangana State on Thursday, the Chief Minister emphasised, “We are not rulers, but servants,” underscoring their dedication to fulfilling the aspirations of the populace.

“We accord utmost priority to the welfare of people, social responsibility and the future of the stats in taking every decision by the government. The consecutive victories in by-elections, Panchayat elections, and Municipal elections is a testament to the people’s approval and unrelenting support to the People’s Government’s performance The people’s mandate deepened our sense of responsibility,” Revanth Reddy said.

The Chief Minister stated that their firm resolve is that government schemes should not remain mere entries on paper, but must bring about a tangible and distinct transformation in the lives of the people.

“With a goal of reaching out to people , we launched 99 day” Praja Palana – Pragati Pranalika” from March 6. The programme launched with the coordination of all governnent departments must unfold as a spirited movement, extending from the village to the state level. Every government official must work with the singular objective of resolving the issues facing at local level in every village and take up swift clearance of files, cleanliness in all government offices and transparency in all decision-making processes,” he said.

The Chief Minister said the 99-day action plan is a solemn pledge and the 40 million people of Telangana must unite as one to emerge as a shining example for both the nation and the world. This is my dream. Every son and daughter of Telangana must play an important role in making this dream a reality, he added.
