Hyderabad, Nov.11 (NSS): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has launched a scathing attack on former chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao, saying that Telangana people lost nothing except four jobs in the leader’s house.
Addressing the newly recruited Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors ( AMVIs) at the Khairatabad RTA office here on Monday, the Chief Minister said that one big leader made a political comment that people have come to know what they have lost in 10 months. “But, I am here saying that the Telangana people lost nothing except 4 jobs in the leader’s house,” Revanth Reddy said.
The Chief Minister said that during the 10 months tenure of the Congress government, unemployed youth got jobs and farmers relived from the mounting debt burden by the farm loan waiver scheme. In addition to this, 1.05 crore women benefited from free TGSRTS bus travel scheme and the debt ridden RTC is also earning profits. Similarly, 49 lakh 90 thousand families are the beneficiaries of 200 units of free power supply scheme. The State government is distributing cooking gas cylinder at only Rs 500 and has enhanced Arogyasri scheme limit to Rs 10 lakhs for medical treatment, he reminded.
“KCR constructed the State Secretariat and Pragati Bhavan only for ‘ Vaastu’ reasons. No residential school was built during the previous BRS government,” Revanth Reddy pointed out.
“No one is feeling sad your absenteeism. The Telangana society has already forgot you . People does not require your services,” the Chief Minister said.
