Hyderabad, March 21 (NSS):National Tax Conference will be held at Federation of Telangana Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FTCCI) in association with the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (SZ) and Telangana Tax Practitioners Association at KLN Prasad Auditorium, Federation House, FTCCI, Red Hills on March 23. Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, Judge, Supreme Court of India will be the chief guest. Justice Alok Aradhe, Chief Justice, High Court of Telangana will be the guest of honour.
The conference will discuss about understanding Sec. 43B(h), Section 147 and 148. Analysis of Input Tax Credit, U/s 16 (2) and 16 (4) & Recent Landmark decisions under GST CA P Samba Murthy, CA K Rajendra Prasad, M Sreenivas, Retd., Principal Chief Commissioner of GST for Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, CA V Sudhir will grace the conference.
