Hyderabad, Oct.15 (NSS): Minister for Panchayati Raj Seethakka participated in a face-to-face interaction programme with Congress party workers and general public at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday.
During the event, Seethakka received petitions from party workers and the people, addressing their concerns. Based on the urgency and severity of the issues raised, she immediately directed the relevant officials over the phone.
With limited time available, the Minister directly approached the people and party members to receive their petitions. She assured them that problems which meet the necessary criteria and follow regulations will be resolved.
Seethakka personally spoke to several District Collectors and senior officials of the concerned departments over the phone, issuing instructions to address these issues. She also directed her staff to ensure that petitions meeting legal and regulatory criteria are immediately acted upon.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister assured that all petitions received would be reviewed and resolved soon.
She mentioned that the G.O related to Very Low Frequency (VLF) Radar Station of the Indian Navy at Puduru village of Damagundam Reserve Forest in Vikarabad district was issued by the previous BRS government.
Seethakka criticised the BRS for being inconsistent, stating that it behaves differently in power and in opposition and accused it of shedding “crocodile tears.”
She also highlighted that the BJP follows Godse’s ideology, while Congress follows Gandhi’s, and the two can never be the same.
