Hyderabad, Dec.1 (RAHNUMA): In a proud moment for Telangana, Shamirpet Police Station has been ranked 7th best in India and top in the state in the Ministry of Home Affairs’ (MHA) annual assessment of police stations across the country.
The ranking, based on parameters such as overall performance, record maintenance, courteous handling of complainants, timely grievance redressal, cleanliness, landscaping quality, efficient CCTNS operations, and staff professionalism, placed Shamirpet Police Station among the nation’s elite.
Part of the Cyberabad Commissionerate, the station excelled across evaluation metrics, earning national-level recognition.
Medchal DCP Koti Reddy, Addl. DCP Purushotham, ACP Balagangireddy, Inspector Srinath, and the entire station staff were congratulated for their outstanding achievement.
