Hyderabad, Nov.12 (NSS):The SPARSH outreach program was inaugurated on November 12, 2024 at MCEME Auditorium, Secunderabad by V Srinivas, Secretary Pensions. The two-day event is being organised under the aegis of Controller Defence Accounts (CDA), Secunderabad and HQ Telangana & Andhra Sub Area (TASA) and will culminate by November 13, evening.
The focus of the event was towards the resolution of grievances of Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and a nation-wide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 3.0 with special emphasis on face authentication. Various counters of Record Offices, Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO), Veterans Cell, DLC, UIDAI, Family Pensioner Counter, Handicapped Counter and Registration Counters for ESM were established by HQ TASA at the venue. The event was well subscribed by the ESM and their dependants.
Secretary Pensions, Joint Secretary, CGDA, Dy Director General UIDAI, CDA Secunderabad along with Major General Rakesh Manocha SM, VSM, General Officer Commanding TASA attended the event and addressed the gathering. They also interacted with the ESM during the event.
