Hyderabad, Oct.27 (NSS): BRS leader Dr. Sravan Dasoju has strongly criticised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Congress leaders for making personal comments against BRS working president KT Rama Rao.
In response to the police raid at Janwada farm house on the outskirts of Hyderabad and the subsequent propaganda labeling a private family gathering as a “rave party,” Dr. Sravan on Sunday condemned the unfounded accusations and politically motivated actions.
“Raj Pakala and his family members were enjoying a simple family dinner with close friends and relatives. However, deploying 300 police personnel to raid their home, misrepresenting the gathering as a rave party, and showcasing their residence as a farmhouse reeks of malicious intent. On top of this, attempting to associate KT Rama Rao with the gathering is nothing, but a desperate move to tarnish his image through cheap political theatrics,” he remarked.
Sravan pointed out that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, instead of addressing pressing issues faced by the people and focusing on resolving public grievances, is resorting to false narratives and deceitful politics.
“The baseless claims of drug involvement and rave parties are merely attempts to divert attention away from genuine issues and government corruption, the BRS leader said.
Strongly condemning the personal attacks on opposition leaders and their families, Sravan said, “Dragging family members and personal lives into political mudslinging not only demeans the dignity of the Chief Minister’s office, but also reflects a narrow mindset and a lack of respect for democratic values. This conduct is a clear reflection of Revanth Reddy’s regressive mindset and his commitment to trivial politics.”
Sravan urged Revanth Reddy and his supporters to abandon these low-level tactics and focus on the governance.
