Hyderabad, Nov.10 (NSS): Minister for IT and Industries Duddilla Sridhar Babu has invited Malaysian industrialists to explore investment opportunities in Telangana, emphasising that strengthening trade ties between Malaysia and India remains a priority.
Speaking at an event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Sunday, Sridhar Babu said the State government’s policies had made Telangana a national leader in industrial growth potential and Telangana was now an investment-friendly State in the country.
On the occasion, the Minister highlighted that Telangana has created a uniquely favorable environment for industry establishment through its streamlined business policies.
He pointed out that the cultural similarities between the two nations make collaboration smoother and more natural.
Stating that Hyderabad is ready to be the entry point for those looking to bring investments into Telangana, Sridhar Babu also extended a cordial invitation to Malaysian entrepreneurs to visit the State.
Expressing happiness over the completion of 25 years as a public representative on November 10, a milestone that his friends in Malaysia brought to his attention, the Minister expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone who congratulated him on this achievement.
Sridhar Babu acknowledged the unwavering support from Congress leaders, including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Mallikarjun Kharge, crediting them for their encouragement and the importance they have given him in the party.
The Minister also noted that he has had the privilege of working with four Chief Ministers, each of whom showed great respect for him. He extended special thanks to his colleagues and the people who have supported him throughout his political career.
