Hyderabad, Dec.15 (RAHNUMA):Hyderabad, December 15: The Telangana Postal Circle will conduct a ‘State-Level Dak Adalat’ on December 29 this year at 11 am to address public complaints related to India Post customer services. The virtual hearing will be chaired by the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle.
According to officials, only grievances concerning customer services of India Post will be taken up. Staff matters, service-related issues, and cases pending before the courts will not be entertained.
Telangana public can submit their complaints and grievances on or before December 22 to the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, Hyderabad, clearly superscribing the envelope as “Dak Adalat”. Complainants must provide their mobile number, email ID and address. The online meeting link will be shared with registered complainants in advance to their mobile number / email ID.
