On the National Stock Exchange, aroiund 1.42 lakh shares have changed hands so far at the Bayer Cropscience counter today.GE ShippingGreat Eastern Shipping is up 3.5% on strong volumes. The stock, which is currently trading at Rs 400, had spurted to Rs 412.95 earlier in the session. On BSE, over 9.7 lakh shares have changed hands so far at the GE Shipping counter, as compared to average daily volume around 32,000 shares. On NSE, the counter has clocked a volume of around 2.9 lakh shares so far today.Last Friday, th company had announced that it signed a contract to buy a Supramax Dry Bulk Carrier of about 52,450 dwt. Reliance PowerReliance Power is another counter witnessing unusually large volumes today. On the National Stock Exchange, the counter has clocked a volume of 2.2 million shares so far in the session. On BSE, over 60 million shares have changed hands at the Reliance Power counter so far in the day, as against average daily volume of 8.4 lakh shares.At Rs 48.40, the Reliance Power stock is now up 1.2% from last week’s closing price.
