
Hyderabad, July 25 (NSS): A few applicants of Entrance Test – PGETA (Post Graduate Entrance Test in Architecture by COA (Council of Architecture), who have paid the fees for Examination represented to Governor of Haryana Bandaru Dattatraya stating that due to meagre seats that were allotted for students from Telangana have exhausted the Council of Architecture allotted Examination Centre for only a few candidates and others were informed by the call centre that quota for Telangana is exhausted and expressed their inability to provide Examination Centre for other candidates. The candidates, who were denied permission for writing the exam requested the Governor to talk to higher authorities of Council of Architecture to increase quota for Telangana.
Bandaru Dattatraya today talked to Registrar, Council of Architecture and instructed to increase the quota for Telangana and provide Examination Centre for the students who applied and paid the Exam Fees from Telangana State. The candidates again received phone call from the call centre that the online registration for section of Exam Centre will again be opened today from 3 pm to 4.30 pm to select Exam Centre. The candidates thanked Bandaru Dattatraya for the help in increasing the quota for Telangana.
