Telangana starts implementing ‘Gruha Jyothi’ scheme
Hyderabad, March 1 (IANS) Power distribution companies in Telangana on Friday started issuing ‘zero bills’ to eligible households as the ‘Gruha Jyothi’ scheme for 200 units of free electricity came into force.
