Telangana DSC-2024 results released

Hyderabad, Sept.30 (NSS): The results of DSC-2024 were released on Monday. The State government conducted the direct recruitment examination for teacher posts from July 18 to August 5 and a total of

2,46,584 (88.11%) candidates appeared for the exams.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy officially released the results of DSC-2024  at Secretariat and announced that the recruitment process would be completed before Dasara festival.

He also promised that the appointment letters would be handed over to DSC selected candidates at LB Stadium on October 9.

On the occasion, the Chief Minister said the previous BRS government had released DSC notification only once during the last ten years and recruited only 7,857 teacher posts.

Stating that the Congress government has given high priority to education, the Chief Minister said the process of filling 11,062 teacher posts has been completed in just 65 days and the results have been released in the ratio of 1:3 for the teacher posts.

“The Congress government has started teachers appointments soon after coming to power, giving the top priority to the education. It has completed the recruitment process in a short span of time. Moreover, a total of 30,000 job recruitment letters have been given to the selected candidates within 30 days of coming to power.The State government considered job aspirants demands and conducted DSC only after TET  exam,” he pointed out.

Reminding that the Congress government has completely reformed TGSPC after coming to power, the Chief Minister announced that Group 1 results will be declared soon and the recruited persons will be involved in the reconstruction of Telangana.

He further promised that the Congress government has increased funds to education department and substantial funds will be provided to education in the future also.

“The previous government failed to strengthen infrastructure in the schools. It is the reason Congress government is establishing Integrated Residential schools in 20 to 25 acres in 100 Assembly constituencies across the Telangana State.

At first, the integrated schools are being established in Kodangal and Madhira constituencies on pilot project, the Chief Minister added.
