There will be no retirement for public service: Harish Rao

Medak, July 3 (NSS): Stating that there will be a retirement from office in public life, former minister and Siddipet MLA Harish Rao made it clear that there would  be no retirement to public service. He suggested that a leader should always be among the people.

Dubbaka MLA Kotha Prabhakar Reddy held a felicitation programme for MPPs, MPTCs and ZPTCs of BRS party in Dubbaka constituency. Harish Rao participated in the event and addressed the gathering. Speaking on the occasion, Harish Rao said it was a great thing that MLA  Prabhakar Reddy had honoured the local body representatives at a time when all of them,  who have worked hard for the development of the respective mandals and villages for five years were retiring from their  post. “I sincerely congratulate the people of Dubbaka for getting a good majority in the assembly elections as well. There will be retirement from office. But there is no renunciation of public service. Don’t think we have nothing to do with tomorrow,” he said. Harish Rao urged them to work for the development of mandals and villages.

“Many of you will become sarpanches, MPTCs and co-operative chairpersons. Your services will be utilized by the party. We will give a suitable place. There will be victories in politics. After the defeat, the victory will come without fail. Power is not permanent for anyone,” he said. Harish Rao made it clear that the BRS government would be formed again. (NSS)
