Tiger tracks spotted near Madanapalle village, forest officials urge caution

Mulugu, Sept.3 (NSS): The villagers of  Madanapalle in Mulugu district have  discovered tiger tracks in the surrounding farm lands.

They promptly informed the Mulugu Forest Range Officer about the sighting. Upon arriving at the scene, forest officials confirmed that the footprints belonged to a male tiger.

The tiger is believed to be roaming in the forest areas near Madanapalle, Jakaram, and Prem Nagar. Forest authorities have advised the local residents, particularly those in these villages, to avoid venturing into nearby forest areas. They have also warned cattle herders to stay away from the forest regions. In response to the situation, the forest officials have urged the people of Madanapalle, Prem Nagar, Jakaram, and other nearby forest area villages to remain vigilant.
